Warranty & Replacement Policy

We offer a 10-day replacement warranty for all products. Additionally, some specific products come with extended warranties of 1 year, 18 months, or other durations. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our warranty and replacement process.

10-Day Replacement Warranty

  • Eligibility for Replacement:
    • The product must have an issue within the 10-day period from the purchase date.
    • The product must be returned with the original packaging and invoice.
    • Physical damage will void the warranty.
    • Change-of-mind exchanges are not applicable.

Extended Warranty (1 Year, 18 Months, etc.)

  • Eligibility for Extended Warranty:
    • Applicable for products that come with 1 year, 18 months, or other specified warranty periods.
    • Covers internal problems within the warranty period.
    • The product must be returned with the original packaging and invoice.
    • Physical damage will void the warranty.

Replacement Product Conditions

  • Condition of Replacement:
    • Replacement products may be new, refurbished, or of equivalent quality depending on availability.
    • The replacement product’s warranty period will continue from the original product’s purchase date.

Shipping Damages

  • Damage During Shipping:
    • If the product is damaged during shipping, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Claims for shipping damages after this period will not be entertained.

Customer Responsibility

  • Proper Use and Maintenance:
    • Customers are responsible for using and maintaining the product as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
    • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

 

How to Claim a Replacement or Warranty

  1. In-Store Replacement:

    • Visit our physical shop to return the product at no extra cost.
  2. Courier/Delivery Service:

    • Customers can send the product via courier or delivery service.
    • The customer is responsible for paying the full delivery cost for both sending and receiving the product.
    • Gadget Corner will not cover delivery charges.

Important Notes

  1. Company-Provided Warranty:

    • Some replacements may take time due to processing by the company.
    • We kindly ask our customers to be patient during this process.
  2. Invoice Requirement:

    • The original invoice must be presented to claim any warranty or replacement.
    • Without the complete invoice, the warranty will not be applicable.
  3. Packaging:

    • The product must be delivered in its original packaging.
  4. Warranty Exclusions:

    Warranty or replacement will not apply to defects caused by:

    • Physical damage to the product.
    • Electrical overload or power surges.
    • Inexpert installation services.
